Privacy policy.
Bayside Creative Consulting (BCC) is committed to protecting your privacy, so much so, that we don’t use cookies or track your use of our website. Any information you submit via our website or electronic forms remains internal to BCC and is confidential information.
This statement details our privacy policy and practices. By continuing to use this website, you are consenting to the terms of this policy.
What information is collected? How is it used?
BCC may request information from you that will enable us to contact you or add your information to our systems. Your participation or submission of information is completely optional and within your control. For example, BCC requests information from you when you enter information on the Contact page.
In each instance you are asked for your name, e-mail address, or relevant personal information, the information you provide is kept confidential and used to support your relationship and work with BCC. Any information you provide will be confidential to BCC and will not be given or sold to any outside organization. That said, we may use the information we collect to notify you about new BCC products, services, and/or special offers, or about important changes to the website or business in general.
We do not monitor customer traffic patterns or site usage.
How does BCC protect website visitors and customer information?
When you submit information or access your account information via the Internet, we offer the use of a secure server. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. We follow standard security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information that you have given us to prevent unauthorized access. Our security procedures mean that we may occasionally request proof of identity before we are able to disclose sensitive information to you.
Cookies, etc.
Many corporate websites use technologies like cookies, pixel tags (“pixels”), device or other identifiers and local storage (collectively, “Cookies and similar technologies”) to gather information for remarketing or similar audiences, but BCC does not. That said, if/when BCC places ads on the internet, cookies and similar technologies may be used. These technologies allow third-party vendors, including Google, to use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our website. You may opt out of Google’s use of cookies by visiting Google’s Ads Settings. You may also opt out of a third-party vendor’s use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.
Will BCC disclose the information it collects to outside parties?
BCC does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. BCC respects the privacy of its users and is committed to protecting your privacy and will only use personal information provided by you in support of your relationship and work with BCC.
