Values

  • Partnership

I believe in strong partnerships, open communication, and collaboration.

Every project will have different customers or stakeholders. Your audience has unique offerings that matter. My work serves them as much as it serves you.

  • Transparency

Knowledge is power. I believe in empowering clients to understand as much about the events industry, event management processes, and event strategies as possible.

My value is in supporting your growth, not gate-keeping.

  • Integrity

I believe in treating people respectfully and kindly.

I believe diversity, inclusion, & accessibility are shared responsibilities of humankind, and our lives and work are richer, stronger, and more dynamic when we actively embrace them.

I believe embracing differences in work styles and pursuing diversity of thought are powerful opportunities and motivators for individuals, teams, products, and companies.

  • “Heidi does what she says she'll do . . . and then some. She's extremely knowledgeable, solution-oriented, calm under pressure, and sets a great example to follow. I've worked with many conference planners and Heidi is one of the best—if not THE best."
